I'm looking to get a noticeable upgrade from my HD 5770. The card has done me well, but it's time for an upgrade as I'm getting more and more into game modification.

I like Radeon, it's done me well. Somewhat user friendly. However I'm ready to try something new.

The card I've been eyeing is the GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW.

Can be seen here: EVGA 02G-P4-3757-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 FTW w/ ACX Cooling Video Card - Newegg.com

I'm ready to buy as soon as tonight. However will this card be a noticeable upgrade? Will it be compatible with my system? Should I hold out for the next best thing I don't know about, but is coming out soon? Or any other info.

My system is as follows:

AMD Phenom II 965 Black Edition
ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO
G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB 1333
OCZ ModXtreme Pro PSU 600w
WB Black 750GB

Thank you.

Yea it will be a good upgrade. The next best thing would be a 960 coming in October.

Just make sure that when you get your card you go through the proper procedure to get the best performance.

It would seem as if this card I've been looking at takes a PCI Express 3.0 whereas my mobo only offers 2.0. Will this be a huge conflict of interest?
