running on-board and nvidia gpu a same time?

This question might sound stupid but, can you use your on-board graphics and your gpu graphics card at the same time to make extra graphic power?

Usually with dual-GPU laptops that both have integrated/dedicated are switching. I.e., when more power is needed, the integrated kicks control over to the dedicated card and when less power is needed, the dedicated switches control over to the integrated.

So in short...no; at least not that I'm aware of. Not sure if it would be possible with an AMD APU + dedicated AMD GPU or not... but I know it wouldn't be possible with integrated Intel + dedicated nVidia or AMD.
