PC Shutting down when using better graphics

Hey guys, So i recently upgraded my computer after 5 years and have been having quite a bit of problems with it since the parts arrived, but finally everything is plugged in properly and running smooth.

However, if i start playing a game at high settings after awhile my pc shuts down. At first i thought maybe my GPU was overheating, despite the 4 case fans plus the 3 on the card itself, but when i ran CPUID HWMonitor my card never went over 100 degrees.

I now think my poor 5 year old PSU isn't giving my card enough power to support the higher graphic settings, however I'm still new to building PC's and want some other opinions. Any help is appreciated!

Specs:
AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W
GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-2GD GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866
Xtreme Gear ATX 600W

It will also sometimes randomly shutdown when I'm just browsing the forums or Reddit, but this is more rare.

Those 2 items I highlighted they are taking up abit more than your psu can supply your computer with.

I recommend you get a 700+ watt psu so you can have boths items powered on.
You may want to consider not using high settings too much while gaming.

Cooler Master Extreme 2 725 - Newegg.com

Even just getting a reputable brand over the current brand you have now will help.

Thanks for the help guys! I bought the Corsair HX750 a few days ago and will be here tomorrow, hopefully it does the trick.
