Can't Find INF Files on Laptop

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T440p I am trying to create a winpe bootable usb and I am looking to get the drivers from this laptop to add to it. Not a single file folder in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore has an INF file. all I can find are PNF files. any ideas?

I have lots of INF's under individual folders of:
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository
