PP Mguire Build Guru Messages 32,592 Location Fort Worth, Texas Jul 25, 2014 #13 Something is causing an incompatibility. Just manually set the speed, voltage, and timings. Although, if you already had 8GB of RAM there isn't much reason to add more RAM.
