Front power and USB

posting this from my new gaming rig

Just reinstalling all my old games and stuff
trying to get back to where i was before all this started

The only thing is my cpu fan seems to be running as full speed, should I slow it down a little or leave it run this fast ?

also, my bios version is 0809 (outdated) should I update the bios or just leave it since its working, what improvments would I notice if I did update it ?

Usually it only runs high when the temps are higher, unless you set it to 100% in the BIOS.

Up to you; check the release notes for the newer BIOS revisions to see what they updated/changed.

If you want the bios that allows for overclocking of that CPU I have it archived.

how difficult is it to update the bios?

is there a chance my system could get messed up in the process ?

It should be the WIndows .exe. Shouldn't mess it up or anything unless you do something really stupid.
