Looks fine to me. Just remember, you don't really have enough upload bandwidth to cater to a big server.

My dad called our ISP today, and he said that we can probably upgrade to 30mbps down, im not sure about up. I would assume less than 10. How is that do you think?

If you are on cable then 30 down will probably get you 5 up. That would be much better, but still not good for a ton of people.

What PSU wattage would i need for this?

One more question: would a SATA II or SATA III SSD work with a plain old SATA port on my motherboard?

Depends on the quality of the PSU in question. I would suggest the Corsair CX430 or the Seasonic 380w.

SATA is completely backwards and forward compatible.
