Put On Arctic Silver, but sitll readin same temps?

they are saying not conducting electricity, but conducting heat... cause silver has a very low specific heat... however i don't know how they made it non electrically conductive.

While it is not electrically conductive, the compound is very slightly capacitive and could potentially cause problems if it bridges two close-proximity electrical paths
