So if I am understanding correctly, you DO have the ability to connect to the internet correct? It is just displaying the wrong icon?

That's what I thought too, but according to the other screenshots OP posted of his Network Sharing Center, it looks like he can't connect to the internet.

Well if he is using a newer laptop, that missing/outdated driver named "Bluetooth..." something could possibly be the problem here.

Original poster, if you're reading this, have you attempted to use Windows Update to install this driver? Have you searched online for this driver? If not can I please have your PC/Laptop model number and brand?
