With iOS and Android, it's the same OS on different devices. With Windows devices powered by ARM processors, they use Windows RT instead of Windows Phone 8.1. So why does Microsoft think it's a better idea to have a tablet that kind of looks like it has full Windows, has a desktop, but can't use any real desktop programs when they could have one that's easily distinguishable from an Intel based tablet and has it's own entire ecosystem and way of working?
