boot up fail....sometimes

So this issue has been ongoing for a long time and is really hard for me to troubleshoot as it doesn't always happen.

Sometimes when I start my computer I see the lights on, fans running, signal to monitors (nothing on screen) and it never goes to any sort of load up screen or post. If I sit there and wait it will never go or change from what it is currently doing: nothing. If I turn the computer off and turn it back on it will boot up properly. Any suggestions?

Hardware:
Rosewill THOR Case
AMD FX-8120 processor OC running at:
core speed of 3500 MHz
Multiplier x17.5
Bus Speed 200 MHz
Rated FSB 2400 MHz
MSI 970A-G45 motherboard
XFX Radeon HD6950 xxx edition
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8GB *2x4GB) memory - CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9
WD Caviar 500GB 32MB SATA-6G drive
Corsair TX750 v2 Power Supply
I also run 4 monitors (2 with mini Display converters)

I've had this problem for a long time (at least a year).

Any thoughts come to mind? Thanks in advance. I posted a screenshot of some of the current readings on my computer if that helps.

Have you tried removing your OC and running stock clocks to see if it's related to that?
