PC to TV via HDMI - speakers not working

GTX 260 doesn't have an HDMI port therefor doesn't support audio passthrough.

Well I owned two and 3 of its bigger brothers so I already knew.

I had the GTX 285 at one point, so you'd think I would have already known as well lol.

Did anybody even ever use those? Pretty sure I can count on 1 hand the number of times I've had to use S-Video outside of where I worked in high school (had to use it then when we made DVD recordings from people's video cameras).
