AC'97 FP Audio Quick Question

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I have tried to figure this out using the manual and researching but I just have a simple question.

On this AC'97 chart on this webpage: Desktop Boards — Front panel audio header pinouts

Would #5 be the red wire (HPOUT R) and #6 the white (HPOUT -R) or the opposite?

MANY years ago I had a case the front audio plug was separated like that, Needless to say I just got a Y harness for my speakers and plugged the headphones in the back LOL At least the mike plug was back there too LOL SO got fed up trying to figure that out. Still got that case kicking around in a corner someplace.
