I have a cheap ass case called an Apex Super Case. It came with a 350 W PSU and no case fans. I added one from Antec, but my temperatures are peaking at 59 C when my HSF is so loud. I run a Pentium 4 520 @ 550. Will getting a better case solve my cooling problems, because then I can kill two birds with one stone?

Here is the case(s), which one?

You COULD get a new case, OR you could just get a new power supply and some case fans. Since you're running a pentium 4, it's actually recommended that you have a power supply that can crank out more than 350watts of power (yours can only crank out 300watts). That's what I've read anyways. And plus, the power supplies that you get with most cases are crap or near it.

First of all, can you provide a link to your current case, if at all possible. Or can you just list the specs. On the second link, there, I'm not sure what SECC means, but I believe that Aluminum is the best cooling case around. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, the case josh picked out is nice. That 120 mm fan in the back will blow loads of hot air in the case and take cool air from any of the openings in the case.
