My Friend Is Having Memory Problem Which is Causing Everything to crash

Like it says but it only been happening as of lately. a couple of weeks ago he play The Hunter just fine or Arma 3 but now they crash within minutes of playing them. i had to wright this for him because he couldn't keep chrome up.
he gets not enough memory error

that maxtor drive is running hot, but it could also be an issue with the video card driver too

Well, since he installed Windows 7 32bit, his machine can only use 3.5GB or so of RAM. That probably has a lot to do with it.
