GPU Upgrade

I built a computer for a friend a few years ago now. I am thinking about buying him a new GPU for his birthday next month. I don't want to go crazy with it I am thinking sub $200.
The current build is below:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955
MOBO: Asus M4N75TD Socket AM3
MEM: 8gb Ram
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTS 450
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 600W
CASE: Thermaltake V4 Black Edition VM30001W2Z

Any suggestions on a GPU to bring it system up to speed. He doesn't game much anymore and I think any upgrade will suffice. I am thinking the 750 Ti currently. He likes Nvidia GPUs as do I.

He still plays Skyrim and the Witcher 2, some other random games, but nothing to crazy.

Thanks for the input. I figured it would be a good upgrade from his current GPU.

Yea it's 660ish performance with much less power consumption. Good card for somebody who isn't a hardcore gamer.
