SLI Question: GT or Ultra?

Hi!
Q1: I was wondering if y'all think I should go for two eVGA GeForce 6800 GT or two eVGA GeForce 6800 Ultra for my NF4 SLI Rig?
The thing is that with the Ultra's I will only have room for my sound card, and I want a modem in case the DSL/Cable dies.
Q2: Is the performance increase worth the extra money, and the only one PCI slot problem.
Q3: Are therre any companies that make PCI Express 1x modems?

Get two eVGA 6800GT's and overclock them... when overclocking in SLI, it will overclock both of them as if they were one card. SLI is better than a single performance card..... Idk about your last question.

The ultras have slightly better GB p/sec than the GT's... Does this matter in the games of today, and tommorow?

I think ultras are a lot more expensive, I'm gonna go with GT's, seein as how I already have one.

Go with the 2 GT's. They will last you for years to come. Plus, you can easily OC them to 430-440.
