Hey everyone, I recently got a fan controller to reduce noise levels. I usually have it set for the top and side fan to be off and the two front fans to run on very low along with the back 120mm fan. This reduced noise a lot, but i can still hear the CPU fan, GFX fan and HD. On top of this there is a whining noise coming from the PSU, doesn't sound like a fan really, but its not really loud nor does it sound like there is anything wrong, its just the general "hum" computers make. Any ideas to make it quieter besides replacing the PSU with a "silent" one?

*sigh* the battle for cool AND quiet

Blake seriously, are you a dumbass? How can you water cool a psu? I don't think you can unless you build a psu yourself and make a custom block for it which would be insanely hard.

If the fans aren't making the psu noise then what is? There aren't any moving parts in a psu other than the fans.
