Shutting Down Probnlem.

So i have a Custom Built PC. And lately after like 2 or 3 weeks of problems with video cards problems it wont shut down. I shut it down regularly and it turns off everything but the tower. that will run with the power still going to it. anyone know a solution to it.

Windows shuts down and everything but it just keeps running with nothing going on?

Yea powers down evreything tower still runs though
