odd time and place

hello I'm Katzen

I Live in the United States, TN, occasionally and non occasionally everywhere else in the world.

I am a computer guy who has dabbled in everything from C++ to SQL to HTML, and I have a love of shiny hardware, and desks.

I turn manage wrench turning at the moment so I have been out of touch with the wired world and will probably be until I go to college in a few years. I need a bit help now that I am actually getting back into the computer world to know my way around.

Where about in Tennessee? I am a native and still current resident myself.

Just south of Nashville, but before you hit the boonies. I was actually a native of south FL first. It's not home anymore though.

I am NE of Chattanooga, just outside of the foothills of the Smokies.

 

[Katzen]

I think the farthest I went south was Columbia. In my mental map anything past was "here be dragons."

That's down I-65. You would have to take I-24 to Chattanooga and then I-75 up a little to get to where I live. I am fairly close to the Cherokee National Forest, but my job sometimes takes me up in and around Nashville.
