Spec me for my brother

My friend is planning to buy new components such as CPU, Mobo and RAM he has a tight budget of £300 and want another Intel build.

He only plays few games like Dota 2, CS Ragnarok 2, WOW and Final Fantasy.

We're planning to buy it at scan.co.uk

Thanks, now he's looking for a GPU under £100 I wonder if 7770 is still worth buying though its about £89. Oh also a PSU that is sufficient enough to run a low/mid-range rig.

7770 is still decent, just as long as you don't expect a whole lot from it.

Corsair CX500.

is CX series good? I don't see much people recommend/suggest it though.

Is Corsair 600M CX series is enough to power I might get one from my local store --

Core i5 4570
5870 GPU (to be upgraded)
2x4GB RAM
Gigabyte H87-DH3
2x HDD (SSD will be added as a boot drive)

I don't usually recommend the CX series unless in super budget situations but they get the job done.

Because if you have enough budget to afford a proper PSU right off the bat you might as well. Get something now that will last you for years rather than cheaping out and getting a budget unit. For instance how the CX500 is only around 50 or 59 bucks you can get the Seasonic 620 for 64.

Should clarify a "proper" psu...

PSUs are very important to run your system, getting the best quality psu you can is highly recommended by us.

The HX, TX lines are high quality but you pay for that, where as the CX line is good, but not the same power regulation or output amps etc, as the higher lines.

I'll clarify further on that, I only recommend CX for budget builds because I'd trust a CX over a no name brand any day. Plus Corsair warranty.
