Help to choose, which upgrade should I take

Hi people. I have a decision that I need to make and it's kinda hard for me to make since I don't have knowledge with stuff like this.
I live in Croatia so this is the best deal I could find.
So I recently want to upgrade my old computer from 2001, or maybe later. It came with Windows XP.
Now all I simply want to do is to do normal stuff everyone does + maybe play some games. Not some advanced games, normal games and maybe some newer games. I'd also need to record some and edit them via Camtasia Studio 8.
So anyway, I was given a choice of two upgrades:

a)

- AMD CPU Desktop Athlon II X2 370 (4.0GHz,1MB,65W,FM2)
- Power Supply INTER-TECH IT-SL500 AC 115/230V, 50/60Hz, DC 3.3/5/±12V, 500W, Retail,
Passive PFC, 1x120
- KINGSTON HyperX DDR3 Non-ECC (4GB,1600MHz) CL9 Blu
- SEAGATE HDD Desktop Barracuda 7200 (3.5",500GB,16MB,SATA III-600)

NOW PLEASE NOTE: B) IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A) BY EXACTLY 53.52 US DOLLARS, SO THAT'S WHY I NEED YOUR HELP. Is it worth it, to pay $53.52 more to choose b) or should I go with a)

Please write down a) or b) and explain why.

They both suck and won't really amount to much for any kind of gaming due to the IGPs on them being absolutely terrible. For general purpose though, they are rather perfect. If you could get 4GB of RAM on A and upgrade based on that platform a bit later it's the way to go. If not, the clear answer is B.
