Hi everyone and Happy New Year!

Ok, I recently purchased two monitors. Each was on sale for the nice price of $79.99. I think these were good deals.

I am not sure which monitor will best suite my needs. Here's my monitor usage and needs:

Surfing
Movie watching [including Blu ray].
Typing and word processing
School work [I am a teacher].
NO GAMES [my wife doesn't allow it]!

Ok, what will it be?

Just ask yourself this. Do I want more realestate, or do I want accurate colors. Whatever the answer decides what monitor you use IMO.

Well, the Insignia is still new in the box, so I suppose I will take them both out and line em' up side by side and do a comparison before making the final decision.

Perfection in color is not so important to me as clarity.
