gtx 760 vs gtx770

Hey I was on here a couple weeks ago and was recommended the gtx 760 for an upgrade in the price range I wanted . Though I was wondering is it worth to pay the extra $100 almost and get the 770. It would be the Gigabyte 2g version

Here are my specs
Any other upgrade recommendations are welcome

RAM - Kingston Hyper 8gb ddr3
GPU - Nvidia GeForce GT 520
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3550 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
MotherBoard - Asus P8 Z77-VLK PCIe 3.0
PSU - Antec25 650 W

Both cards are good, so that's up to your wallet. I would not get the GB though.
