Greetings. I have a question. I have a HP 23-b010 with an integrated AMD Radeon HD 7340 graphics card. Yesterday I went out and got a USB to HDMI converter so I could use my Sanyo HD Tv as a monitor. The video plays but at a rea slow frame rate. I'm thinking that the graphics card isn't adequate to power the TV, any suggestions on how to do this? If it were a tower computer I'd just go out and buy a new graphics card, but it's an all in one? Please help if possible. Thank you.
