New MoBo upgrade

Hi, I've been thinking of getting a new mobo for my core i5-760 I currently have asus p7p55d-e pro which I think its failing to as its not posting or beeping anything. So in case this mobo won't work at all I need a replacement.

More likely to buy a new mobo from overclockers.co.uk

Asus p7p55D-E PRO
700Watts OCZ
5870 GPU
2x 4GB G.Skills Memory

Unfortunately for you you'll need to hit up Ebay or Amazon to get a new P55 board for that CPU. I need a new board for my spare 750 but I'm not wasting a ton of money on older tech.
