What to upgrade?

With Christmas coming I'm trying to figure out what to get to upgrade my desktop. Here's what I have at the moment:

AMD Athlon II X3 450 20 °C

8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 401MHz (6-6-6-18)

W2061 (1600x900@60Hz)
2047MB GeForce GTX 650 Ti (EVGA) 25 °C
Hard Drives

I mostly play games on it... Finaly Fantasy XIV, Assassin's Creed Black Flag, WoW etc. Should I go with a new motherboard first? Or new/more RAM? Or what do you think? Just trying to decide the best route to go. Thanks in advance.
 
Power Supply is a Corsair GS700.
My budget is about $150-$250 max per item. My brother's given me $200 already for a new processor, but trying to decide what to get, or if it would be better spent upgrading something else.
 
Depends on your budget. How much are you willing to spend right now?

Edit: Sorry needed to refresh. Then I would get a Haswell i5 and an ASRock B85 board.
 
Thanks all for the replies. I ended up getting a new processor, motherboard and ram today. So I'm happy. Just have to wait until Christmas now for my other goodies :D lol
