HP Mini w/beats audio - RAM upgrade

Hi guys,

I have had this HP Mini for a little while now.
It's actually pretty slow unless it has been left on for a little while and you have basically one or two programs open at a time.

Certainly if I open too many programs it is totally, unbearably slow.

I was wondering if anyone knew if these machines were:
1. Able to be upgraded,
2. Worth doing,

Any-which way really, RAM, processor...
