Ethernet Wall Jack Plate

This jack has all colored wires, blue, green, red, yellow, orange, white, black, brown.
No instructions, nothing on google, I couldn't find. It is CE-TECH surface plate.

If you have the cable ran through the wall already, match up the colors on the cable and you're done.

Just remember there's more than one standard; pretty sure that B standard is the newest though, too.

Yeah B is newer, so I figured I wasn't going to try and confuse him with A vs. B.

Good call lol. Hopefully the cable (if there is one) is wired for B-spec then .

The post shows the colors in the jack are not the usual wiring, it has red, yellow, black, white wires. I found the answer:


White/Orange -> Blue
Orange -> Orange
White/Green -> Black
Blue -> Red
White/Blue -> Green
Green -> Yellow
White/Brown -> Brown
Brown -> White
