Laptopm display issues

Hello everyone,
Got a not working laptop from my cousin, wanted to fix it, but the problem is, display won't work. It turns on, works fine with external LCD, but when connected to laptops LCD it just lights up and stays black. I thought it's inverter problem, so ordered a new oem one, now the monitors' top part is okay, but the bottom one. Just take a look how everything is:

Laptop model is Asus Z9100.
Hope someone can help me... Thank you.
