Operating System!!!

Hi, i'm new and i was wondering how to make your own operating system! I tried wikihow but there was not enough info! can u tell me how to make one and tell me what the hell is a GRUB bootloader!!!! (i already made my c++ file).HELP!!!

Start by learning how the Linux kernel works and build up from there. If you don't know what a bootloader is, then you have a long ways to go.
