Hardware listed: Whats my bottleneck?!?!?!

My issues:
-PC games always LAG, nothing is "smooth".
-Games: Guild Wars 2, Aion, Star Wars of The Old Republic
- Games can have the lowest graphic's or the highest and it does the same thing.
- My wifes crosshair V 4core 8gb ram x2 black edition with MSI Raedon 7790 doesn't lag at all on the same wireless network.

My hardware:
Motherboard - ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX MicroATX
- AMD 760G Chipset & AMD SB710 Chipset
- Socket AM3b
- Not Overclocked
CPU - AMD FX-8120
GPU - MSI Raedon HD 7850 - 2GB GDDR5
RAM - Corsair Vengence 16GB DDR3
Internet D/L Speed - 30MBps
ALL drivers are up to date.

My Questions:
1 - What is my bottleneck in relation to LAG?
2 - What single item can I replace to fix it. Motherboard?

Try updating your drivers you shouldn't be lagging at all I have a 7870 and i5 3570k.

+1 to the above. You shouldn't have any lag. Make sure all drivers are updated, all background tasks are closed, and check to make sure your PC is clean of any malicious software.

Ah thanks Talyor, I meant to include that all drivers were up to date. Post has been edited. I'm assuming its my $50 motherboard.....????

It's not your hardware specs at all. Whatever your issue is is within the software. The only other thing it could be is CPU throttling due to heat.

Has nothing to do with it.

Actually, if you're running vsync and that TV is a 30hz TV then that would be it, but 30fps isn't exactly "lag".
