The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff80002df9a9b, 0xfffff880088ebfc0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 101613-37970-01.

my card is updated but, I think the main problem that my computer has boot problems only when i shut my computer down for more then 30 mintues, i have now replaced the motherboard - psu - hdd - clean install with format, this problem what happening before i bought my 5850 black edition. Idk what else to check this is really driving me crazy! everything in my comptuer seems to work perfect but, if i shutdown my computer for any reason for longer the 30 mins i will have boots problems and errors

Are you updating the driver from ATI's website directly? (I'm assuming you have an ATI card currently since you mentioned a 5850).

Try testing your RAM.

Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Download the ISO, burn it to a CD or onto a USB drive, boot off of the drive, and let it run for a minimum of 4 hours (the longer the better). If any errors come up at all, then you have bad RAM. You'll have to test each stick individually in that case to find out which one.
