Best bang for buck video card for ~$100?

Is this the best deal I can get for up to $100 before any rebates? (Note- This card will be able to play any games I play no problem).

Yea, pretty much. The only other thing I can think of is possibly the R7 260x but I think that will be more around 120 bucks on release.

Maybe buy some Radeon cheap on ebay. I see them listed lots and lots now.
