Make the H60 blow out. When you get your new fans, just attach the extra 120mm pushing out on the H60. You don't want to dump that heat in your case. The rest of the fans are fine.
Edit: If you stuck with the single 780 and Seasonic 650 gold, not even close to topping that PSU.
