I am trying to find a company that will build this to specification as a working computer minus the os:
2 gb ram
32 giga bytes hhd
hdmi output
3.5 mm mic input
3.5 mm audio output
qwerty keyboard
6 speakers
d-pad
usb interface
2 omni directional sticks
10 mm hight (lid shut)
80 mm depth
159 mm length
85 mm hight (lid open)
screen: 6 inch (140 mm 70mm)

Won't happen unless you build it yourself or find a pro modder who will take up the project.

You could do it with Open Pandora, but... I'm not sure about the 512 MB RAM. It would rely on USB for more speakers and you might in hypothesis be able to pipe the screen through HDMI from USB, but that is far fetch to my knowledge.

More spec on the device if you like.

It's not what you're after but reviewing their build could assist with the manufacturing of yours:

To be totally honest, you're going to need £30k to get a prototype manufactured. You'll also need a few million bucks to research how you're going to support 2GB RAM

It wouldn't need to be that much. The PC parts could be used from a laptop with a tab screen set on hinges. The impossible part is finding a company that would do it.

If you arnt up for trying the build go to the locally owned computer shop in your area and ask if they are up for it but it is very custom with those specs may cost a bit
