My question on the cooler is are you sure your case is exhausting the heat right? And both fans plugged in?

Yeah, they are both plugged in, they both go into 1 cable. maybe i got a faulty cooler or something... i have no idea. they are sending me new mounting screw, if that doesn't fix it, then i either need a new card, or a new cooler.

That cooler is pretty crap, js. Probably only a bit better than the stock solution.
