So the issue you're having with it is that you're not able to shrink the Extended partition down to remove the 100GB out of it? Or are you able to do that?

I can shrink the partition and get the 100GB out of extended, but I can't move the 100GB between the extended and the C:.

When you shrink the partition, are you able to drag the entire partition to the right?

If not, you may have to apply the changes to shrinking the partition first. And then try moving the entire partition.

Sometimes changes have to be applied before other operations can actually be performed.
