Monitor Problems...

Hello, I am currently having problems with my Dell 2400 monitor, the contrast menu keeps showing up for no reason. It doesnt do it all the time, just some of the time and the times are at random. Ive tried everything I could do and now it was time to consult the tech forums to find out whats going on, if possible. I play video games alot on this machine, and that menu gets in the way...Alot.

Could be the button(s). Clean them or something.

oh.....blew my idea then.....how old is the monitor, i don't know my dell products well.

Not too old then..have you tried dell's customer support (not that there any good, i have bad experiences with them).

Exactly...Thats why I came here, I dont much like their support...Its not very...Supportive.

The contact between the button and the censor is probobly dirty. You could, although I wouldn't advise you to is to take apart the monitor casing and clean it.
