This didn't need a new thread regarding the same rig.

You don't need such an expensive motherboard. Since this is a gaming rig, you don't need the 4770k either, as HT is useless for games. You can get an ASRock Extreme4 Z87, 4670k, and be able to get a 4GB 770 with the saved cash.

The other things I would change.
PSU - Seasonic or Corsair 650w. HX650 or X Series 650w.
H100i isn't needed unless heavy overclocking will be done. In which, it isn't necessary for todays games and won't be for some time. If you want silence, the H60 would suffice with some quality fans like Scythe Gentle Typhoons.

You should also change the SSD to a Corsair Neutron GTX, Force GT, or Samsung 840pro. The Crucial M4s lack IOPS and write sequential compared to those.

The SP120s can be rather noisy if not contained by some form of fan controller. That's why I mentioned the Scythe Gentle Typhoons before.

Finally, is the nGear box necessary when the front of the case has 2 USB3 ports, and certain motherboards have 4 in the back?

EDIT: when you said your budget was 230, i thought it was a typo and you meant $2300... soooo.... yea... haha. I realized after i re-read your post that 230 was your budget for a mobo. not sure what you budget is for the entire build...

Heres a quick build of what Mguire said and what i think is good also. i went with the Fractal Arc Midi R2, i have this case, i love it. i have worked with both the Corsair 650D and the fractal, and for $50 cheaper, the fractal is a better case across the board. Mguire likes AsRock, i like MSI for the mother board, just my preference. Instead of a H100i like you wanted, i went with a Swiftech H220, which absolutely DEMOLISHES the H100i in every way. it also comes with much better fans, so you wont need to buy different ones. Finnaly for the graphics card, you had a ton of room left in your budget, so i went with pretty much the best thing there is, a GTX 780. The AMD 7990 is on sale right now if you want to go with that for $770, they are not making these anymore so if thats what you want, i suggest you buy it like now. If you want to get a 7990 id suggest bumping up the psu a bit more.
