$400-$500ish Budget

Currently using an HP 2008 premade computer that is just not cutting it anymore. Looking to make/buy a desktop/laptop that can handle both gaming and streaming that is around 400-500ish. Trying to stay away for anything past 600. Mainly for playing/streaming League of Legends, don't play much of those high requirement FPS games.

Already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, operating system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
