Opinion on how i should upgrade next?

Hey im looking on others opinion for what i should update next.
My specs:
Core 2 Quad (Q6600)
6 GB ram ddr2
EVGA Geforce GT 630 (1 GB GDDR5) No SLI
500 GB segate barracuda
200 GB Maxator
75 GB WD black

I'm thinking of starting with upgrading my motherboard and cpu to a amd+ motherboard with an fx8-core processor and 16 GB of ram.

well i kinda hop around from games to media streaming and just learning about them and experimenting with them. i like to use virtual machines from time to time.
i forgot to mention my current motherboard:
Dell Inc. 0CT017 (Microprocessor)

it a modified xps410 i guess lol

If it's mixed, I would go for a 4670k instead, or even a 4570.

Lol they are CPUs, both faster than the 8350. Unless you plan on running multiple VMs at the same time the faster quads would be a better option for an all around quicker PC.

If you get the 4570 you can get away with a cheaper B85 board saving you a bit of cash too.
