Are all these components compatible? (first ever custom build)

Hi guys,

I building my first ever custom PC and I've got some components together. Now I think they should be compatible but i'm not 100% sure. Can anyone clarify this for me? I'm not missing anything important am I? Thanks in advance :)

Yes, they are compatible.

I would recommend going with DDR3-1600 RAM, though, and get it as two 4GB sticks instead of a single 8GB one.

Another recommendation would be to go with a PSU with a more solid rep. Look for Corsair, Antec, or Seasonic.
 
I've found this RAM:

and this PSU, do you think it has the requied wattage?
