Need help! Will these pc components be compatible with eachother?

the parts i am looking to get are:
B Grade QUAD CORE AMD FX 4100 ASUS Board Bundle + 8GB Memory : Motherboard CPU Kits : Maplin Electronics

CiT Vantage Black Midi Gaming Case : PC Cases : Maplin Electronics

550W CIT ATX PSU : PC Power Supplies : Maplin Electronics
and Nvidia Geforce GT430 graphics card. I already have the other components in my current PC such as hard drive, dvd drive etc. Also are there any other parts that i will need?

If your current PC isn't a pre-built (or supports standard ATX boards) then I would drop the bling case and get a better quality PSU. Also, bump that 4100 to at least a 4300. It sucks a little less.
