Recordig Gameplay PC?

So I want to game on a gaming PC and I need a list. Most I'll spend is $800. I will be purchasing this in two years. Would like headset and OS included. I also want to record my gameplay.

Saints Row: The Third
Dishonored
Bioshock Infinite
Faster than Light
Surgeon Simulator 2013
GTA IV

GTA IV is the one game that's making it difficult to stay under $800. It's notorious for eating your VRAM and CPU, because it's so poorly optimized.

This is the best I got, I don't know if less will be able to do the job. So i'd wait to see if someone says this is overkill, but this will definitely play all of those and record those well.

This would bring you to $881.

You can skip the DVD drive, maybe go a little less on the case, and that would bring it closer to $850.
