Your current PC outlined in the OP? Not much really. The PSU is OEM and low wattage, the CPU is a relatively slow dual core, and the IGP is crap. The only real option for it would possibly be to stick a crap GPU in it and make it an HTPC if you're in to that kind of thing.
If the board runs DDR3 (use CPU-Z to find that out) and you're actually serious about upgrading a turd, there are a few things you can do. BUT if the motherboard doesn't have a PCI-E slot it's pretty much dumpster worthy for any kind of gaming.
