Hi all new ere got a couple of problems with my netbook q1 I'm using too much memory on my netbook all my programs are starting up at startup my problem is i don't know which programs to turn off to boost my ram. Q2 I've been trying to update windows service pack 1 but it won't update I've tried everything i can think of turn my anti virus off and tried again tried fix ya still didnt work and it showed failure to configure reverting back blah blah if anyone can help me out I would be grateful!!!!
