i commend them for that, but ive never had luck with their drives.
there always off their mesured size when i get them (ex labeled 120GB, was 103GB) and i have never had that problem with other manufactuers.
i would vote seagate for quality,
but maxtor for price.
 
I have used all of the three in the poll and I can assure you that none of which gave me any problems at all.

I'd have to say Samsung...I've had four of their drives so far and i find them to be very durable, though maybe not as quiet as i would like :D
 
i dont get that much lost space with my maxtors i get 232 out of 250 in two partitions, i get 152 our of 160 in one partition. but i have another 160gb sata drive that doesnt work at all now after little use, and the other is giving me crap but it may not be the drive.

All HDD don't carry as much as they say do, its always a few gig's less. This may be differant for WD 10,00 Raptor
