I have a Geforce 6800gt graphics card. I hooked it to my television with an S cable, but i can't get my television to show anything. I have it ran through a router witch changes the S-cable to the AV cable. I press input on my television and nothing comes up. I went through properties on my computer and it detects the second monitor, how can i make this work?

Make sure you select the right color system. NTSC for US, PAL for most European countries.

everything is set up like in that thread, its set on dual display and everything, but it not showing up on my television.

make the tv your primary display and see if it works. it should

Ah i got it now, my tv doesnt have an s-video cable port, so i did it with a different one, without the router, works now.

Make sure that everything is configured properly under your display properties for multiple monitors. This is how you do it:

Start > Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > (And I'm not sure what the next thing to click is because I'm not at home to check, I'm at school but you won't have any problems finding it)
