Yes, only if its on the same harddisk though. You need a third party utility like Partition Magic so you can make another partition smaller and the 2GB partition bigger. You can also use the "redistribute" feature.

Partition manager allows you to repartition your drives. But you should try at your own risk. Its not 100% safe to work with repartitoning drives.
Once I had my data lost in one drive, when i tried to repartition it.
